Raiolo, Wolkerstorfer - Tom Rehman and Joel Holstad were presenting the problem which seems to be that Mr. Wolkerstorfer sold part interest in the property to Joe Marier. The property is located in the Conser- vancy zone. Ruby Loos informed the commission that at one time there was an application to subdivide into five acre parcels but the process was never completed. The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:25PM. Raiolo, Wolkerstorfer - This application will be tabled until the applicants can provide an exact description of the parcels included in the subdivision and a drawing of the proposed division. George & Kathy Schtowchan - Schtowchans and Zaluckyjs arejoint owners in 80 acres in section 16. They would like to realign the boundaries to equal halves. They will contact the Clerk's office when they are ready to schedule a public hearing. Verbal permission was given for the construction by the railroad and letter form should be arriving shortly. It was the concensus of the Commission that the application for site plan in the CB district should be referred directly to the council. Several suggestion were offered, such as speaking with the engineer about runoff, exact dimen- sions of the building and distances from property lines, getting the RR signatures on an application form, and a site plan with more details. There will be no meeting held on Nov. 26, 1986. Nextmeeting is Dec. 10. Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Schoeller to adjourn at 8:30PM all aye, motion carried.
