HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
February 13, 1985
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Lorch at 7:00 PM.
PRESENT: Atkinson, Fashingbauer, Granger, Rudisill, Schoeller, Lorch
ABSENT: Olson
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill, to approve the minutes of January 23,
1985, after the following correction has been made:
Hubman matter (Item 1) should read - "woodworking shops in the AG and CONS zones
be approved...."
All aye. Motion Carried.
ELSIE JASINSKI - REZONING
Mrs. Jasinski has made application to rezone all or part of a 20 acre parcel pre-
sently zoned AG to a classification in the RR2 district.
Motion made by Granger , seconded by Atkinson , to schedule a public
hearing for March 13, 1985, at 7:05 PM, Hugo City Hall, to consider the application
of Elsie Jasinski to rezone all or part of the following described property from
the AGRICULTURE district to a zone in the RR2 district: 20.20 acres, Government
Lot 4, Section 4, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Fashingbauer, to adjourn at 8:20 PM.
