March 27, 1985
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Lorch at 7:02 PM.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Atkinson, Rudisill, Lorch
ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Olson, Granger
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Lorch to approve the minutes of March 13,
1985 with the following corrections;
K. Granger - 2 ... site plan approved, 3 ... Minn. Dept. of Transportation, 5 .... add to.
All aye, motion carried.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Lorch to approve the Minutes of the Special
meeting of February 6, 1985 with the corrections submitted by Shekeda Hearing
(Craig Linnell) with the exception of number 4 which clarifies the statement
but it was said and should not be deleted. All aye, motion carried.
Elsie Jasinski - Subdivision - Mrs. Jasinski would like to divide 20 acres
into four parcels of 5 acres each. It was determined that four parcels would con-
stitute a major subdivision, in which case Mrs. Jasinski decided to eliminate one
parcel and create one ten acre, and two five acre parcels.
Lorch made motion, second by Rudisill to recommend approval of the subdivision
for Elsie Jasinski according to the survey dated March 8, 1985, with the excep-
tion that the two five acre lots on the north remain as one ten acre parcel and
arrangements will by made to grant an easement the full length of the west edge
of the property for a roadway. The applicant understand they may have to remove
the existing building on the north boundary of the homesite parcel and the fol-
lowing conditions; 1) meander line must be plotted to determine exact acreage
of each parcel, 2) legal description be submitted with Certificate of Survey,
3) 30' c e sr me. N t- for road and utility p«rpe5c �, be granted, 4) Perc tests
provided on the two new sites. All aye, motion carried.
Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Rudisill to adjourn at 9:30 PM.
