PRESENT: Schoeller, Atkinson, Fashingbauer, Granger, Rudisill, Olson, porch, and Councilman Potts, Schwab, Hauer, Peltier, FcAllister. Yotion made by Rudisill, seconded by Atkinson to approve the minutes of 'March 27,1985 after the following corrections; Jasinski — 3) change .right of way to easement and utility easement to utility purposes. All aye, motion carried. The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing called to order at 7 : 05 PT," . Dave Vastel — Public hearing; — Mr. Vastel presented his plans for a three wheel recreational park and campground on 165th St. on the Caruth property. The cost of development would be approximately "'1)3501000.00. A petition was submitted with 121 signatures in support of the park. ^_ list of residents in protest to the park and their concerns is listed below. Residents in favor of the proposal; Treith Greenwaldt, Lisa Yastel, Bonnie Gear, Phil Greenwaldt, Allen Gear, Rick 17astel, Rick, Tuschel. The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 9:08 PT. T."astel — It was the genral concensus was that this was not the area 7�hich iviould accommodate the facility. !%�ir. T"astel was complimented on his presentation and his willingness to work with the residents. T7otion made by T;udisill, seconded by Atkinson to recommend denial of the Special Use Pemlit for a recreational park and mud track requested by Dave 1astel, Bonnie and Jilliam Gear because the impact of the fac— ility is capable of causing detrimental effects on the physical and economical well being of the neighboring residents, file ;,-1985-10—SUP. It was noted Lloyd Knutson from the DNR would submit a written statement regarding the proposal. Anyone wishing to make comments may submit them in writing before 1:30 P14'.T-Jonday April 15. Bald Fade Sportsman Assoc. - Mr. Art Timm was present to represent the club and stated that the club has arranged to have calcium chloride applied to Goodview, approximately 7/10 of a mile. They have also barred the muzzleloaders from using the club facilities. The possib- ility of reducing the hours of operation was raised and will be dis- cussed at a future date 7`_� _'C4.4- ILotion made by Rudisill, seconded by Fashingbauer to table the reviela of the Bald Eagle Sportsman Association until April 24, 1985. All aye, motion carried. Sheron Peltier - rezoning - T.-"otion mx de by Lorch, seconded by Granger to schedule a pudic hearing on I`ay 8, 1985. Gar Olson - Farm site plan - I"r. Olson would like to construct a e po busoin 1801--- They own 13 horses at the present time and could no specify how many would be added. He has a total of 40 acres and is an unlimited amount of space for accessory buildings. T"`otion made by Rudisill, seconded by Atkinson to recommend approval of the 106' x 180' building for Gary Olson at 4652 165th St. and ap- plicant will comply with any requirements of the TIPCA. All aye, motion carried. Margaret Doerrer - Site Plan Approval - Ys. Doerrer plan to erect a pole building 371 x 45' for horse stalls at 5635 165th S+. The property is zoned Agriculture. Atkinson made motion, second by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of the 36' 45' building for Margaret Doerrer at 5635 165th St. All aye, motion carried.
