OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
November 27, 1985
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:02PM.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Granger, Rudisill, Atkinson, Councilman Potts.
ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Bob Olson, Ray Olson
Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Schoeller to approve the minutes of November
13, 1985 as submitted.
James Mostek - Mr. Mostek was not present,but his joint plan with Castle Design
to add fill and regrade the area between his home (12601 Homestead) and their
lot (Lot6) was presented. Howard Kuusisto has submitted a letter with his
comments approving the plan .
Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Granger to recommend approval of the
Special User Permit for James Mostek, 12602 Homestead to grad and fill his lot
with the following conditions;
1. Adhere to the recommendationsby the city Engineer.
2. Install erosion control structure and seed in the spring.
3. Hold harmless agreement with the City of Hugo.
4. A bond or letter of credit to insure the following;
A. Erosion control structure be maintained.
B. Limit fill to areas and depths indicated on plan.
S. Ten foot utility and drainage easement be obtained by the City along the
property line between lots 5 & 6.
y�(The letter of credit to terminate when the engineer has certified the
turf is restored).
All aye, motion carried.
Mr. Lyle Zerwas brought a revised subdivision plan for the Schletty property.
It was the general concensus of the commission that this was a much more
satisfactory plan.
Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Atkinson to adjourn at 7:45PM.
