Hugo Planning Commission
October 24, 1984
The regular meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Potts
at 7:02 PM.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Potts, Rudisill, Olson
ABSENT: Atkinson, Fashingbauer, Lorch
Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Rudisill to approve the
Minutes of October 10, 1984 as submitted. All aye, motion carried.
Curt Leibel — Rezoning — Mr. Leibel would like to rezone his
property on Highway 61, north of Cal—Inland from CB to Industrial.
A public hearing was scheduled for 7:30PM, November 14, 1984.
Dolores LaValle — Rezoning — LaValles would like to rezone approx—
imately 14.9 acres from CB (GB) to Industrial. A public hearing
was scheduled at 7:05PM, November 14, 1984 to consider the request.
Commission members present felt there was no need to make further
comments to Rice Creek regarding the formulation of their new
policies. Mr. Potts will make any personal comments at the next
meeting.
Rudisill made motion, seconded by Potts to adjourn at 7:38 PM.
