HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
September 26, 1984
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Lorch at 7:00 PM.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Potts, Rudisill, Lorch, Councilman Schwab.
ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Olson, Atkinson.
Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Lorch to approve the minutes of
September 12, 1984 with the following correction;
(comment by Lorch) the Chairman may not consider the case.
Don Rudeen - Site Plan Approval - 1,1r. Rudeen would like to construct
a 30 x 60 Morton pole building to be used as a garage and storage,
two stalls in rear and a hay bunk. He has ten acres and is zoned
agriculture.
Motion made by Rudisill to recommend approval of the 30 x 60 building
for Don Rudeen, 10101 180th St. No. provided a site plan with correct
measurements and distances is provided the City Council, seconded by
Lorch. All aye, motion carried.
Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Potts to adjourn at 7:28PM.
All aye, motion carried.
