OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
August 22, 1984
The regular meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM by Chairman Lorch.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Atkinson, Potts, Rudisill, Lorch
ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Olson
Atkinson made motion, seconded by Rudisill to approve the minutes
of August 8 with the following corrections;
Chalupsky - 1:OOPM to view the property.
Gray - (lot North of feed mill).
The regular meeting was recessed at 7:06 PM.
The public hearing for Walter Erickson called to Qrder at 7:07 PM.
Walter Erickson - Mr. Erickson would like to rezone 40 acres on Elmcrest
and 165th St—.,Parcel No. 93007-2900. James Leroux, neighbor on the
East was present and favored the rezoning. They would like to sell
10 acres with the existing buildings and maintain 30 acres and build
one new home. The public hearing was closed at 7:26 PM.
The regular meeting was reconvened at 7:27 PM.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill to recommend approval
of the rezoning for George Mather and Walter Erickson to rezone 40
acres as outlined in the application.
AYE: Schoeller, Atkinson, Rudisill.
NAY: Potts, Lorch. Motion carried.
The secretary was directed to send a letter to Lino Lakes notifying
them of the rezoning.
Curt Leibel - Special Use permit - Mr. Leibel was not present.
The c erk was instructed to send a letter to the appropriate party
stating there will be no further action until all necessary papers
are received in the City office.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Schoeller to aclpurn at 8:17 PM.
