HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
July 119 1984
The regular meeting was called to order by co—chairman Potts at 7:03PM.
PRESENT: Atkinson, Fashingbauer, Rudisill, Olson, Potts
ABSENT: Lorch, Schoeller,
Motion made by Rudisill, second by Atkinson to approve the minutes
of June, 27, 1984 as submitted. All aye, motion carried.
Curt Leibel — Mr. Leibel was not present. He will be rescheduled
when hlsapplication is received.
Tom Crever — Mr. Crever was present with his plans to expand his
exis ing eck five feet closer to the lake. Total distance would
be 53 feet from Sunset Lake.
Olson made motion, second by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of
the 5 ft. variance requested by Tom Crever to construct a screen
porch to within 53 ft. from Sunset Lake, All aye, motion carried.
It was noted by George Atkinson that in the past several months the
Planning Commission has tried to comply more closely to the ordinances.
