zone and is requestinE authorization to construct a 20 x 24 utility
shed. Variances would be required because shed would be constructed
15' from tl.e lot line and would be located closer to the road than
the primary building. The el.isting driveway would be used for access
to the shed.

Sportsman Association to the aenda for all purposes.

IIr. Tir::m, President o_ the club, was present and submitted a list of
the club's officers and the ?oard of Directors, along with phone numbers.
Er. Timm proposed two requests to the Planning Cor-rission:
1. An extension of two hours on August 23, 1980 in exchange for closing
two hours earlier on Sunday, August 24, 1980. Saturday's hours would

2. Fr. Timm also requested that the club be allowed -to be opened all four
Sundays in October in exchange for one Sunday in Yove:�ber and all
Sundays in December.
I'r. Timm stated that the club enerates 78"3' of its revenue in late Sep-
L',tenber and October in order to acco modate hunters' who wish to site
their guns.

Motion ,Wade by FcAllister, seconded by Peltier, to recommend the request
for consecutive Sundays in October be denied.
Let the record show the :-notion for denial was based on the attempt of
the Planning Co:.^�ission to stagger wee'cLends and hours of operation and
~:all -e the noise less intense for the surrounding property owners. The
club requested two additional Sundays in October and was willing to
relinquish one Sunday in November and all Sundays authorized in December.
