the proposed. Comprehensive Plan.

The Planninu Coi�-,-:ission expressed their concerns re; ardinr_- di;"J"erent
aspects of the proposed plan. Greger's rain objection. was Carl
Dale's efforts to encouraile low density develop.--ent i. -within the
sewered area. He felt these areas should also be kept ''rural'in
atr osphere .

2. deletion of 6,000 sq ft lot.

Forth understood "hat T'r. T`ale was atterr,ptin�� to write the p]_an in
order to have approved by 7etro, but felt that re:•rordin would be
necessary to acco•:plish the city's satisfaction.
It was su`, ested that tile Planning; Co �; ,ission set up a date and ti :,e
for a wor'Ks iop to review the proposed plan pa^;e by page. Yo decision
was -lade for a firs date.

viously established Special N:eeting fo_�-Ey 14 at 6:30 'PT.r. The I'lanning
Commission will use that i_re and date for further discussion of the
proposed plan. T,ngineer 'Tuusisto and Attorney Johnson will also be
contacted- re Larding the workshop.

to continue normal operation on the premises. The STIP states hours
of operation from 7:00 A.T.F to 7:00 PTT. '_McAllister suggested that if
they obtain statements of the adjoinin; neighbors indicating they
have no objection with. the extended 'hours of operation, they could

Fr. Vail has rade application for the subdi,&ion of Irene Traeger's
5 acres into 11 lots more or less. The land lies in the SFU district.

is also proposed. After review of the proposed plan, KcAllister stated
that a 'Iariance would be required for the 6/_-01 cul-de-sac (city re-
quires mlaximum 600' cul-de-sac). The reauirements in the SPU district
for lot dir,ensions are as follows: S0' at the building setback line
and a ninimui:, of 130' in depth.

Hill Ffanson questioned the possibility of the merging; of the new road
and 141st Street. This could mean the elimination of one lot in order
to obtain an easerent for possible extension.
