OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
June 10, 1980
The Special Meeting was called to order by Chairwoman, Peltier
at 6:55 P.M.
PRESENT: Peltier, Greger, Lorch, McAllister, Peloquin
ALSO PRESENT: Councilmen Spitzer and Irsfeld - 7:18 P.M.
ABSENT: Hanson and Houle
The Planning Commission and Council members reviewed pages
1 through 41 of the Proposed Comprehensive Municipal Plan
(CMP).
The Planning Commission voted to forward pages 1 - 41 including
the completion of the last sentence of page 41 on page 42 to the
City Clerk for retyping. The Clerk will hold them until the
rest of the pages of the proposed draft have been reviewed.
They will then be forwarded to the City Council for ultimate
approval.
Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to set a special
workshop meeting for further review of the proposed CMP draft for
June 17, 1980, at 6:30 P.M.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Lorch, secDnded by McAllister to adjourn the
Special Meeting at 10:17 P.M.
