OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
August 20, 1980
The Special Meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission was called to order by
Chairperson, Theodora Peltier at 7:08 P.M.
PRESENT: Peltier, Lorch, McAllister - Hanson arrived at 8o'clock
ALSO: Councilmen Spitzer and Irsfeld
ABSENT: Greger,-��, Peloquin, . and Houle
The Special Meeting was called to review the Comprehensive Plan Draft. Pages
115 through 124 have been deleted from the Plan Draft. It may be advisable that the
City consider using the material contained in the preperation and implementation
of its Capital Improvement Program!
The entire Comprehensive Plan Draft review has been finished by the Planning
Commission and representatives of the City Council.
The City Clerk is directed to forward the corrected draft and attached maps to
Mr. Lockyear at Washington County for indexing, proofing, review and comment.
Motion was made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch to adjourn the Special Meeting
at 9:17 P.M.
All aye. Motion Carried.

PLANNING COMMISSION
Called to order by Vice -Chairman McAllister at 7:05 p.m.
Present: McAllister - Lorch
Also Present: Spitzer - Irsfeld
Peltier arrived at 7:11 p.m.
The Planning Commission reviewed Pages 88 through 108 of the Plan inclusive
and forwards them to the City Clerk's office for re -typing and as corrected.
Clerk to hold them until further notice from the Planning Commission!
Peltier moved August 20 7 p.m. Special Meeting for further review of the
Plan. Lorch 2nd. All aye.
Lorch moved adjourn
