The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Peltier at 6:35 PM.
PRFSEAT: Peltier, Peloquin,• Greger, Hanson, Lorch, Knuteson
ABSENT: Nashingbauer (new member - not -sworn in as yet)
The following are suggested changes only, and no action will be taken
at this meeting. The special meeting was called to review Vail's
subdivision (Shamrock Glen).
1. Scale should be 1" equals 100 ft.
2. Question on lakeshore setbacks.
3. Discrepancies on west border and north border.
West border adds to 515' not 523.24'
North border adds to 235.85' not 237'
East border of Lots 1 & 2 is 310' not 364.15'
4. County dedicated highway easement should not be included in
5. Corner lots should be 20' wider than interior lots (290-6, ►.+.i �';
6. Swail not acceptable
7. Suggest getting land from Olinger to increase lot, depths of t :{r,, ;
8. Reduce lot numbers; increase lot sizes.
9. Make an effort to build street through rather than go with a
