PRESENT: Greger, Fashingbauer, Knuteson, Peltier ABSENT: Peloquin, Hanson, Lorch HANSON ARRIVED AT 8:03 PM. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Peltier, to approve the minutes of February 11, 1981, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. RICHARD VAIL - SUBDIVISION Dave Torgerson, land surveyor, was present to answer any questions regarding this proposal. A new preliminary plan was submitted, with the elimination of two (2) lots. The plan now has a total of 13 lots. The Planning Commission had previously recommended the plan be reduced to 11 lots. The new plan did not eliminate or combine Lots 1 and 2. Lot 1 still faces Egg Lake Road, and Lot 2 would need a variance for lot depth. Lot 15, which was recommended to be eliminated, is now suggested as Lot 13, with access and egress from Egg Lake Road. Hanson stated that he mainly objected to the lot density. He felt that the number of lots was pushing the minimum lot size on a cul- de-sac street. He also suggested the City Engineer should look at the swail in the road when the road is designed. Greger expressed his concern with Lots 1 and 2, because of the variance required for Lot 2, and the comment made by the adjoining property owner at the public hearing. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, to recommend rejection of the preliminary plan for Shamrock Glen until such time as: 1. Lots 1 and 2 are combined, 2. The lot line separating Lots 7 and 8 be modified to approximate that granted under riparian rights, and 3. A drainage plan be incorporated which addresses the westerly lots. Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Greger, to amend the previous motion to include the elimination of Lot 13. Peltier withdrew her motion. VOTE ON ORIGINAL MOTION All aye. Motion Carried.
