PRESENT: Peloquin, Greger, Hanson, Lorch, Fashingbauer, Knuteson, Peltier Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Pdltier, to approve the minutes of August 26, 1981, after the following correction has been made: Page 1 (Trippel motion on SUP) - to construct a 24 x 40 pole type building to be used as a garage and for personal storage All Aye. Motion Carried LAUREN MCCULLOUGH - MINOR SUBDIVISION Butch Taylor, Realty World North, and Lauren McCullough were present at the meeting. Mr. McCullough is proposing the division of 4 acres into two 2 acre parcels. The entire 4 acres was originally deeded in the name of McCullough & Sons. When Lauren and Leroy split, the 2 acres to the north was to be deeded to McCullough & Sons (Leroy) and the southern 2 acres was to be deeded to Lauren McCullough. The city has now a quit claim deed that requires city signature, transferring ownership and title of the south 2 acres from McCullough & Sons to Lauren McCullough. The Planning Commission requested the application for subdivision be signed by McCullough & Sons seeing as the 4 acres is still in their name. Proof of ownership was provided when the six acre parcel was rezoned from RB to Industrial. Motion made by Peltier, seconded Subdivision for McCullough & Sons submitted Certificate of Survey, the application. All aye. Motion Carried. LEON MUELLNER - VARIANCE by Fashingbauer, to recommend approval of the Minor to divide 4 acres into two 2 acre parcels per the with the understanding that Leroy McCullough signs Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to add Leon Muellner to the agenda for all purposes. All aye. Motion Carried. Mr. Muellner, 14998 Francesca, is proposing the addition of 14' to his present garage for additional space. The proposed site plan indicated a front yard setback of 11' rather than the required 30' in the SFU zone. Peloquin stated that when he had sold land to Joe Oman for the trailer park, he provided a 50` easement for the possible continuation of Francesca. After review W the site plan, it was determined that there is a possibility that the setback would more than 111. The Planning Commission decided that they would like to make an on-site inspection of the property before making any decision. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, to table the application until the meeting of September 23, 1981. All aye. Motion Carried. Hugo Planning Commission September 9, 1981 Page 2 of 2 FRANCIS PELTIER - SITE PLAN APPROVAL Mr. Peltier, 13094 Goodview Avenue,' is proposing the addition of 16 x 40 addition to his existing pole barn. The addition is to be used for hay,.rabbits and storage. Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Fashingbauer, to recommend approval of the Site Plan for Francis Peltier, 13094 Goodview Avenue, to add a 16 x 40 addition to the existing 16 x 48 pole barn. To be used for agricultural storage only. VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Greger, Hanson, Lorch, Fashingbauer, Knuteson ABSTAINED: Peltier Motion Carried.
