Butch Taylor, Realty World North, and Lauren McCullough were present at the meeting.
Mr. McCullough is proposing the division of 4 acres into two 2 acre parcels. The
entire 4 acres was originally deeded in the name of McCullough & Sons. When Lauren
and Leroy split, the 2 acres to the north was to be deeded to McCullough & Sons (Leroy)
and the southern 2 acres was to be deeded to Lauren McCullough. The city has
now a quit claim deed that requires city signature, transferring ownership and title
of the south 2 acres from McCullough & Sons to Lauren McCullough. The Planning
Commission requested the application for subdivision be signed by McCullough & Sons
seeing as the 4 acres is still in their name. Proof of ownership was provided when
the six acre parcel was rezoned from RB to Industrial.

Mr. Muellner, 14998 Francesca, is proposing the addition of 14' to his present

of 11' rather than the required 30' in the SFU zone. Peloquin stated that when he
had sold land to Joe Oman for the trailer park, he provided a 50` easement for the
possible continuation of Francesca. After review W the site plan, it was determined
that there is a possibility that the setback would more than 111. The Planning

before making any decision.
