HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
October 28, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Theodora Peltier at 8:02 PM.
PRESENT: Peloquin, Greger, Lorch, Knuteson, Peltier
ABSENT: Hanson and Fashingbauer
Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to approve the minutes of
Oc'Lober 14, 1981, as submitted.
All aye. Motion Carried.
MID -AMERICAN METAL CRAFT - SITE PLAN APPROVAL
Tony Larson, part owner in the business, was present and stated that they would
like to construct a 40 x 40 addition to their existing building. The addition
would be used mainly for storage. They have a preliminary survey and drainage
plan from Rice Creek's engineers. They have required that the ponding area
be made deeper, so a new plan will be submitted at a later date. Rice Creek
advised Mr. Larson to get approval from the city contingent on their approval.
Motion made by Knuteson, seconded by Peloquin, to recommend approval of the
Site Plan for Mid -American Metal Craft, 15657 Forest Boulevard, to construct
a 40 x 40 addition to their existing building, per submitted plan. Approval
is granted subject to Mid -American obtaining proper permits from Rice Creek.
All aye. Motion Carried.
MISCELLANEOUS
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to cancel the Planning Commission
meeting of November 25, 1981.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Knuteson, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn at 8:20 PM.
