PRESENT: Greger, Lorch, Fashingbauer, Peltier ABSENT: Peloquin, Hanson, Knuteson Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier, to approve the minutes of October 28, 1931, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. STEPHEN CHAPMAN - MINOR SUBDIVISION Mr. Chapman, 12833 Goodview Avenue, is proposing the changing of lot lines be- cause the construction of his present lot infringed on the adjoining lot. He has sold his home, and the buyer has no interest in the adjoining property. Mr. Chapman stated that the division of the 12.2 acres took place in Oneka Township. The single deed for the 12.2 acres was recorded in 1966, and has two legal descriptions. Mr. Chapman will submit a copy of his tax statement for the Council meeting. A certificate of survey was submitted correcting all lines for the three parcels presently owned by Mr. Chapman. Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Fashingbauer, to recommend approval of the Minor Subdivision for Stephen Chapman, 12833 Goodview, to shift the lot line for Parcel 1 and add to Parcel 2, as per submitted Certificate of Survey. All aye. Motion Carried. ALVIN OLSEN - SITE PLAN APPROVAL Mr. Olsen, 14951 Foxhill, would like to construct a 10 x 16 accessory building to be used for a workshop. The zone allows for 260 sq.ft. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the Site Plan for Alvin Olsen, 14951 Foxhill, to construct a 10 x 16 accessory building to be used for a workshop. All aye. Motion Carried. CHARLES SHUBAT - SPECIAL USE PERMIT Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Special Use Permit for Charles Shubat, for the sale of Christmas trees on the site lo- cated at 14530 Homestead Avenue, for the 1981 Christman season.
