December 9, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Theodora Peltier at 8:03 PM.

Mo;,io:: made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, to approve the minutes of November 11,
1931, as submitted.
All. aye. Motion Carried.
MA(hiiCE GESSNE.R - MINOR SUBDIVISION
MoLion made by Peltier, seconded by Greder, to recommend approval of the Minor
Subdivi:;ion for Maurice Gessner, for the purpose of selling 2 acres to Ruby
Loos Danielson, which will make her parcel 22 acres. Approval subject to
Krs. Danielson submitting a copy of the Title Opinion and Warranty Deed for
the City Clerk's office, and that Maurice Gessner also bring is Warranty Deed
and tax statement.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Consideration was given to Vern Peloquin's letter stating that he was not par-
ticularly interested in another term on the commission. His present term will
expire December 31, 1981.
Motion made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, that the secretary be directed to
write a letter to Vern Peloquin advising him that, by unanimous approval of
all members present at the Planning Commission meeting this evening, Vern is
requested to "hang in there" and make himself available for another term.
All aye. Motion -Carried
Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Greger, to adjourn at 8:59 PM.
