OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
February 10, 1982
The meeting, held in the Hugo City Hall, was called to order, by
Chairperson Peltier, at 8:05 PM.
PRESENT: Greger, Hanson, Jacobsen, Lorch, Peltier, and Councilman
McCallister.
Absent: Knuteson, and Fashingbauer. (Fashingbauer arrived at 8:18 PM.)
Motion made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, to approve the Minutes of
January 13, 1982, with the following correction:
(Schmidt) ...subject to Mr. Meyer submitting the actual... .
Motion carried.
JOHN KOSTUCH JR. DISCUSSION ONLY
Mr. Kostuch was at the meeting to discuss future development of his
property. The Flanning Commission suggested he submit an application
for Minor Subdivision, to accomplish division as the applicant desires.
Mr. Kostuch asked that he be included on the Agenda for the Planning
Commission meeting,to be held March 10, 1982.
Motion made by Bill Hanson, seconded by Fashingbauer, to appoint
Bill Greger as Vice Chairperson for the remainder of the year 1982.
Motion carried. one abstention.
Councilman McCallister provided copies of Ordinances 184, and 185,
amending certain procedures and fee schedules, to members in attend-
ance.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Fashing bauer, to adjourn at 8:38 PM.
The Chairperson declared the meeting scheduled for February 24, 1982,
is cancelled, therefore adjournment will be until March 10, 1982
Motion carried.
