HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
March 24, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Peltier at 8:02 PM.
PRESENT: Greger, Hanson, Lorch, Knuteson, Jacobson, Peltier
Councilman Howard Schletty
ABSENT: Fashingbauer
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Jacobson, to approve the minutes of March 10,
1982, as submitted.
All aye. Motion Carried
BALD EAGLE SPORTSMAN ASSOCIATION - ANNUAL REVIEW OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Mr. Timm, president of the club, was present, and submitted a list of the club's
officers for the year 1982. Mr. Timm also requested a two (2) hour extension
on their closing of August 28, 1982, in order to complete a club championship
shoot. A request was also made for opening 1/2 hour later in exchange for 1/2 hour
later closing for the first week of May and June.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the request
of the applicant for a two (2) hour extension to stay open on August 28, 1982
(closing of 8:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM).
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Greger, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the applicant's
request to modify the hours of operation on May 4, 5, and 6, 1982, and June 8, 9, and
10, 1982, so that they open at 8:30 AM and close on 8:30 PM, on those days.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Mr. Timm stated that their $5,000 bond has been changed to a "continuous" status,
rather than having it expire every July. The necessary paperwork will be coming.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Knuteson, to adjourn at 8:40 PM.
