HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
May 26, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Theordora Peltier at 8:15 PM.
PRESENT: Greger, Lorch, Jacobson, Peltier
ABSENT: Hanson, Fashingbauer, Knuteson
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier, to approve the minutes of May 12, 1982,
as submitted.
All aye. Motion Carried.
RICHARD SCHUH - MINING PERMITS)
Mr. Schuh was present, and stated that the Duraine pit had a small amount of gravel
left to be removed. Kuusisto phone in his report stating that the pits met with
his approval, and that if the Duraine pit was closed, restoration would have to
be accomplished, and gravel to be retained for placement on the haul road. The
secretary was not aware of any complaints.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Jacobson, to recommend approval of the Mining
Permit for Richard Schuh (Duraine pit) until June 30, 1983, with all conditions
as previously stated.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Jacobson, to recommend approval of the Mining
Permit for Richard Schuh (Goiffon pit) until June 30, 1983, with all conditions
as previously stated.
All aye. Motion Carried.
FISCHER CONSTRUCTION - MINING PERMIT
Howard Kuusisto inspected the mining area, and met with his approval. If pit is
closed, restoration will be required.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Mining
Permit for Fischer Construction until June 30, 1983, with all conditions as pre-
viously stated.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to adjourn at 9:05 PM.
