June 23, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Theodora Peltier at 8:10 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Hanson, Fashingbauer, Lorch
ABSENT: Greger, Knuteson, Jacobson
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer, to approve the minutes of June 9,
1982, after the following change has been made:
Last paragraph - north half of the dismantling yard should be changed
All aye. Motion Carried.
LLOYD SATHRE - SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Mr. Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue, would like to construct a 48 x 48 pole barn
in the RRII zone. th, A maximum of 1800 square feet is allowed without a Special Use
Permit. The poleMould be used for storage of farm equipment. The proposed
building would meet the setback requirements.
Motion made by Lorch, Fashingbauer seconded, to recommend approval of the Special
Use Permit for Lloyd Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue, to construct a 48 x 48 pole
building to be used for his personal storage only.
All aye. Motion Carried.
BYRON ANDERSON - REZONING
Mrs. Anderson was present, and stated that they were proposing the rezoning of their
entire farm, 160 acres, from Conservancy to Agriculture. She submitted an aerial
photo of the property and a tentative proposal on how they would like to divide the
land. After discussion, it was determined that the Anderson's would request of only
80 acres.
Motion made by Peltier, Fashingbauer seconded, to schedule a public hearing for
July 14, 1982, at 7:30 PM, to consider the request of Byron Anderson to rezone 80A
from Conservancy to Agriculture.
All aye. Motion Carried.
TIM MONTGOMERY - SITE PLAN APPROVAL
The Planning Commission reviewed the application of Mr. Montgomery to construct a
32 x 40 pole building on 21 acres located in the Conservancy zone. They decided
to make an onsite inspection of the property prior to taking any action. Matter
to be placed on the agenda for July 14, 1982.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Hanson, to adjourn at 9:09 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
