OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
July 28, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Theodora Peltier at 8:05 PM.
PRESENT: Fashingbauer, Lorch, Knuteson, Greger, Peltier
ABSENT: Hanson, Jacobson
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Fashingbauer, to approve the minutes of
July 14, 1982, as submitted.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Gary Dooner, representing DU ALL Services, Inc., appeared before the Commission.
The f irm Mr. Dooner represents has been employed by an insurance company to
rebuild the Bottle Company, which was destroyed by fire last December, and lo-
cated in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.
Mr. Dooner presented a Site Plan for the property, indicating the structure would
be built on the existing foundation. He advised that he is currently scheduled
to appear before the Rice Creek Watershed for their review.
The Chair reviewed the file pertaining to Minor Subdivision for Lester Schmidt,
and determined that the Planning Ccnmssion had previously recommended approval
of a subdivision request. We could not, however, locate final approval by the
City Council. The Council minutes of January 18 and February 16, 1982, indicate
some conditions were still not complied with. Additional correspondence from
April and June, 1982, indicates these conditions may have been met.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the Site
Plan for Mr. Robert Palsa, submitted by his representative, Gary Dooner,
allowing for the reconstruction of a building in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Knuteson, to adjourn at 9:38 PM.
