HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
August 11, 1982
The public hearing to consider the request of Byron Anderson to rezone 160
acres from Conservancy to Agriculture was called to order by Chairwoman
Peltier at 7:37 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Fashingbauer, Lorch, Hanson
ABSENT: Greger, Knuteson, Jacobson
There was no one present at the meeting to make comment regarding this
application, and the office had received no correspondence or calls.
The initial hearing was to consider 80 acres, but it was determined at
that time to consider 160 acres as originally requested. Proof of
ownership was submitted previously.
The public hearing was closed at 7:42 PM.
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 8:01 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Fashingbauer, Lorch, Hanson
ABSENT: Greger, Jnuteson, Jacobson
Motion made by Lorch, Peltier seconded, to approve the minutes of July 28, 1982,
as submitted.
All aye. Motion Carried.
BYRON ANDERSON - REZONING
There was no further discussion regarding the rezoning application.
Motion made by Lorch, Peltier seconded, to recommend approval of the rezoning
request of Byron Anderson to rezone 160 acres from Conservancy to Agriculture.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to adjourn at 8:20 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
