OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
October 27, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Peltier at
8:00 P.M.
PRESENT: Peltier, Greger, Lorch, Fashingbauer
ABSENT: Knuteson, Jacobson, Hanson
Roger Hanson failed to appear. There was no discussion on the
matter. He will be scheduled for the November 10 meeting.
PHILLIP OGBURN - Public Hearing
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer to schedule a
public hearing on December 8th, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. All
neighbors within 300 feet will be notified by mail, including
Kevin Peltier.
All aye. Motion darried.
JOHN DISTLER - Site Plan Approval
Mr. and Mrs. Distler were present and submitted plans to con-
struct a 40 X 60 pole barn. They supplied a diagram with
dimensions and distances to surrounding properties.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Greger to recommend approval
of Distler's site plan.
All aye. Motion carried.
MARY CELSKE - Site Plan Approval
Ms. Celske presented plansto construct a 26 X 48 Pole barn.
She stated she will be building a home but would like to begin
the pole barn. She also supplied a letter supporting her
claim that the 19 acres had been reeoned from Conservancy to
Agriculture on October 5, 1982. The Council is referred to
the Joseph Dotte file, 1981-74-RZ.
Motion made Lorch, seconded Greger to recommend approval of
the 26 X 48 Pole barn.
All aye. Motion carried.
Mr. Lorch suggested that the Clerks office request site pian
applicants to furnish a plan with setbacks and dimensions
relative to construction of the new building.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch to approve the
minutes of October 6 Special Meeting after the following
Minutes of October 27, 1982 meeting - Page 2
correction;
Date of the meeting changed from October 5 to read October 6.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch to adjourn at 8:32 PM.
