OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
November 10, 1982
The public hearing for Shirley Nelson Hill was opened at 7:45 PM
by Chairperson Peltier.
Present: T. Peltier, Hanson, Lorch, Greger, Councilman McAllister.
Absent: Fashingbauer, Jacobson, Knuteson.
Notice published in the Forest Lake Times was read by Chairperson
Peltier. There was no general public in attendance.
The meeting was closed at 8:02PM.
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairperson Peltier at
8:0 PM.
Motion made by Lorch seconded by Peltier to approve the minutes of
10/27/82.
All aye. Motion carried.
Chairperson noted that Tom Schutta called and withdrew his application.
Roger Hanson - Site Plan Approval
Mr. Hanson was present for any discussion to construct his accessory
building.
Motion made by Lorch seconded by Greger to reconuend approval of the
site plan to construct a 24 X 24 Accessory building.
All aye. Motion carried.
Regarding Shirley Nelson Hill, Bill Hanson expressed his concern
that the requirement for asphalt surfacing at this parking lot may
cause undue water problems for adjacent property owner. He asks that
the City engineer address this problem, referring to paragraph 219-6A.
Motion made by Hanson seconded by Peltier to table the Nelson Hill
matter until such time she present the coimiission with a site plan
including parking spaces and surface, drainage, driveways, lighting
and can have a representative for her concern.
All aye. Motion carried.
Motion made by Hanson seconded by Peltier to cancel the November 24
meeting.
All aye. Motion carried.
