OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
JANUARY 12, 1983
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Peltier at 8:05 PM.
Present: Peltier, Greger, Jacobson, Hanson, Lorch, Fashingbauer,
Mayor McAllister.
Absent: Knuteson
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Hanson to approve the minutes of
December 8, 1982. All Aye. Motion Carried.
James Flannery was not present to discuss the purchase of the
Schmidty's property.
George Knuteson arrived at 8:15 PM.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier to appoint Fashingbauer
treasurer.
All aye. Motion carried.
Motion made Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer to appoint Greger
vice -chair.
All aye. Motion carried.
The absentee problem was discussed briefly. Jacobson noted he would
by out of town for 2 to 3 creeks at a time. All members are requested
to notify Chairperson Peltier in advance if they will not be able to
attend.
Several questions were raised regarding "Schmidty's. Lighting, parking,
fenci.ng(steel or concrete), two driveways, an exit and an extrance.
Mr. McAllister recommended the city engineer examine the septic
system to assure that it will accommodate a large capacity. A fire
prevention plan and possibly a sprinkler system was also suggested.
Mr. Flannery was not put on the agenda for January 26. We will4ftr
him to contact CiTy Hall.
Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier to adjourn at 9:30 P.M.
