of April 13, 1983.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Richard Granger — Informal discussion on rezoning from CB
Mr. Grangerwinterested in the possibility of rezoning a lot on
147th St. (next to RR Tracks). He would like to construct a
duplex on the property which is only a total of 7,950 sq. ft.
.Required lot size in the SRT zone for a multiple dwelling is
12,000 sq. ft. He has also considered storage units but feels
there is a lack of need for this in the area. He was advised
of his right to petition if he felt the possibility of rezoning
still existed.
Bill Swedeen — Informal discussion subdivision
Mr. Swedeen was representing Norm Horton of Yorm's Auto Parts,
Hugo Auto Parts. The owner was interested in dividing the pro—
perty into four lots. Two one acre parcels with the homes cur—
rently on the land and two auto dismantling yards. He was un—
able to give us the exact location confirmed with a parcel
number in which case it was impossible to Oe precise on the zone.
Mr. Swedeen will forward parcel numbers and at that time he will
be added to the agenda.
Mr. Timm from B.E.S.A. will be notified to attend the meeting of
Play 11th to explain their request for special hours.
The secretary was instructed to send a letter to Mr. Jacobsen
asking for his resignation.
