OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COnIISSION
June 22, 1983
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Lorch at 8:00.
PRESENT: Lorch, Atkinson, Potts, Hanson, and Councilman Schwab.
ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Schoeller.
Motion made by Lorch to accept the minutes of June 8th, with
the correction that the sentence "Mr. Stewart left the meeting
without further comment or advice." be placed ahead of the motion
for denial of the Minor Subdivision. Seconded by Potts.
All aye. Motion carried.
Discussion on the Barbour Property. No application has been
filed and Mr. Barbour was not present.
Discussion between Planning Commission and Robert McCullough Site Plan
regarding building application at 15857 Forest Blvd.
(Yx. Schoeller arrived at 8:12 PTT). The building will be behind
existing facility which is 95' back from front yard property line,
the 13' from the southerly interior lot line and 35' from the
northerly property line which is adjacent to an existing 60' easement.
Mr. Atkinson made motion that we pass the application on to the
City Council with the Planning Commission approval contingent,
however, on Rice Creek water shed approval. Seconded by Mr. Potts.
All aye. Motion carried.
Air. Barbour arrived and discussion regarding the possible sale of
ro erty for construction of a residence on the east of Isleton or
(p8A�, which is part of existing property west of (8A) or the Duck
Pass Vennel operation.

T`r. Lorch made motion, seconded by Potts to add Barry Stack, 9090
Ferry Falls Rd. N., Stillwater, to the agenda for discussion pur-
poses only. Nr. Stack would like to rezone Conservaicy to Agri-
cultural located in the Ian; corner of 152nd and Jeffrey which con-
sists of 100 acres. Property across Jeffrey from the Stack prop-
erty has been rezoned during the past year from Conservancy to
Agricultural. Property lie s within the Rice Creek Water Shed Dist.
A public hearing was set for July 13, 1983 at 7:00 PM, pending
receipt of application.
An on-site meeting to review the proposed rezoning 10:00 AT -4 at the
property site (152nd and Jeffrey).
Schoeller made motion to adjourn at 9:45 PM, seconded by Mr. Lorch.
