East of Oak Shore Park (50 acres) was reconvened on September
159 1983 at 8:00 PM.

Cofer, Bill Williams, Chuck Swinson, Barb 1,1illiams, Europa,
Judy Hauer, 126th St. were concerned about the value of their
property and that it would be decreased by the number of homes
to be added to the area.

Ave., Firs. Schoeller, 125th St., Bonnie Sorgenfrei, 12582 Europa,
Mrs. Markson, wondered hov the development would benefit anyone.
..1ould the rest of the surrounding property owners be albwed to
rezone and sell smaller parcels?
Neil Vasilek is afraid that the change would open the possibility
of assessments to Oak Shore while he is in the process of sell-
ing his home. Barb Gallivan felt the addition would cause a
severe traffic problem.
r'r. Granger stated the property would ultimately be put to some
usQ(vhether it is residential or some form of business use. He
does realize all improvements are his responsibility. If a water
tower did need to be erected only residents being supplied would
be assessed.

request of Rich Granger for 50 acres from SFE and RR1 to SFU,
reason being it is not compatible with the existing neighbor-
hood. Aye: Potts, Hanson, Lorch. Nay: Atkinson. Motion

The following comment is supported by Hanson, Potts and Atkinson;
11e recommend the City Coumcil make every effort to work with the
