Robert Ricci is proposing one building with six 2 bedroom units. There are 18 parking spaces with a 4 car garage. Drainage from the front of the lot will be directed toward 147th St. Potts made motion seconded by Atkinson to recommend approval of the Ricci Special Use Permit and siteplan with the following conditions: 1.
