HUGO PLANNING COMMISSIOr1
The regular meeting was calle'd to order by Mr. Potts at 8:05 PM
PRESENT: Hansen, Potts, Schoeller, Atkinson, Olson
ABSENT: Lorch, Fashingbauer
Motion made by Hansen, seconded by Olson to approve the minutes of
November 9, 1983 after the following correction;
six foot variance, motion made by Hansen, seconded by Potts.
All aye, motion carried.
Richard Granger — Rezoning — Mr. Granger would like to revise
his original request for rezoning from SFU to the east 30 acres
only and rezone to SFE. The adjacent zoning is also SFE.
motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Atkinson to schedule a
public hearing for January 11, 1984 at 7:30 PM.
All aye, motion carried.
Shirley Nelson Fill — Special Use Permit — Mrs. Hill is contin—
uing her request to expand her current business to a bar and
restaurant. The building is near completion. Several questions
raised previously regarding lighting, width of driveway, slope
away from the building, and guard rails along County rd. 8 have
been addressed in the following conditions.
Motion made by Hansen, seconded by Atkinson to recommend approval
of the Special Use Permit for Shirley Nelson Hill, Oneka Hills
Farm to operate a bar and restaurant with the following conditions;
1. A barrier along County Rd. 8.with two entrances.
2. Blacktop parking surface installed before August 1, 1984.
3. Concrete parking curbs.
4. Stable dedicated drainage swale.
5. Floor plan and site plan as submitted and dated 10/14/83.
All aye, Motion carried.
It was noted that Bill Hansen and Ann Fashingbauer will complete
their termp on 12-31-83. Mr. Hansen will not be returning and
the remaining members and secretary would like to thank him for
his time and effort.
Motion made by Hansen, seconded by Potts to adjourn at 9:15 PM.
