OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMIISSION
January 25, 1984
The regular meeting wa.s called to order by Chairman Lorch at 8:05 PAI.
PRESENT: Lorch, Fashingbauer, Atkinson, Potts, Schoeller, Rudisill
ABSENT: Olson, no council person was present.
Motion made by Fashingbauer seconded by Rudisill to approve the
minutes of January 11, 1984 as submitted. All aye, motion carried.
It was requested that the secretary include the name of any Council
members who attend the meetings.
Peter hTastin — Mr. hlastin owns ten acres ( 5075 170th St) in an
agriculture zone where he would like to.construct a 34 X 36 pole
barn to house his horses. All requirements are met and there
appears to be other problem.
Fashingbauer made motion, seconded by Schoeller to recommend
approval of the Site Plan request by Peter T"astin to construct
a 34 X 36 pole barn. All aye, motion carried.
A brief discussion regarding the ??Thite Bear Rod and Gun Club
tool: place. It was decided that the Plannig Commission would
discuss more fully the status of the gun clubs Special Use
Permit on February 8th in order to give all parties a chance to
attend the meetings, in reference to their request. The sec—
retary will notify the officers of the this meeting date and
they will be invited to attend. Further discussion may take
place on Fe')ruary 22nd,if deemed appropriate a public hearing
may be held on March 14, 1984.
Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Fashingbauer to adjourn
at 9:15 PIT. All aye, motion carried.
