The regular meeting was called to order at 5:00 PT'-.
PRESENT: Fashingbauer, Lorch, "Potts, Rudisill, Schoeller, Olson
ABSENT: Atkinson
notion made by Schoeller, seconded by tludisill to approve the
minutes of the February 8, 1984 meeting. All aye, motion carried.
JAMES HEHN — T!,r. Hehn is refinancing his home at 5920 Egg Lake Rd.,
and would like the home and 3 acres on a separate deed. 11r. Hehn
was advised that the remaining 6 acres would most likely not be
buildable.
Potts made motion, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval
of the land division for James Hehn with the following conditions;
1. He provide the Clerks office with adequate proof of ownership
and a survey.
2. Tlat the home and acreage meet the 130' lot width requirement.
All aye, motion carried.
ARNOLD PAUIE —Thr. Palme and landscape architect Tike Gair were
present to discuss the plans for a major subdivision at 122nd and
Irish. P_pproximately 23 of the 80 acres is currently zoned agri—
culture. They would like this rezoned to RR2 to allow for five
acres lots. A public hearing was scheduled for March 28, 1984
at 7:00 PI to consider the rezoning.
'MILLI. M FR_AhTCOIS — T"r. Francois would like to construct a 24 X 36
storage garage. His plans meet all requirements for the zone.
Totion made by Fashingbauer, seconded by Olson to recommend approval
of the 24 X 36 garage for TIr. Francois. All aye, motion carried.
The secretary was instructed to call George Atkinson and advise
him of the change of meeting time (8:00 PM to 7:00 PT").
.Notion made by Olson, seconded by Schoeller to adjourn at 10:00 PM
