All aye. Motion carried. Len Noack - Junkyard Special Use Permit Mr. Noack would like to enlarge his junkyard and remove the house from where it now stands. Ehret stated that Mr. Noack would have to make application for an amended Special Use Permit indicating all the information needed for what he intended to do at the yard. William Pavek - Special Use Permit Peltier and McAllister inspected the site for the fence on Mr. Pavek's property, and they felt Pavek was in violation of condi- tion #2 stating that the southwest 24' of the fence be either removed or rebult in order to join the northeast corner of the garage. The condition was added to the Special Use Permit to protect drivers traveling south on Ingersoll, as well as for Mr. Pavek pulling out of his driveway, in regard to the visibility factor. Mr. Pavek claims there is no visibility problem with the way he has the fence constructed. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, requesting the Chief of Police to inspect the fence constructed by Pavek for safety for Mr. Pavek as well as traffic on Ingersoll. A written report is to be submitted for the Planning Commission meeting of June 8, 1977. All aye. Motion carried. George D. Crockett - Replace or Remove Cabins on Bald Eagle Lake (Jameson) Mr. Crockett would like to remove four buildings from the property and replace with one home to be used as his residence. He also felt there would be too many problems for them to feasibly proceed with the purchase. Mr. Ehret inspected the gravel pits with the exception of the Indy- kiewicz pit. FIS_ CHER There is a very small pile of gravel left there. There is a ditch area cut into it that doesn't have an exit. Letter to be sent to Fischer requesting their intent of the ditch area graded into that pit, and what is to be done with remaining pile of gravel existing and who is responsible for it. SCHUH Mr. Ehret had no problem with this gravel pit. BARTON A letter is to be sent to Andrew Goiffon asking him to be present at the Planning Commission meeting of May 25, 1977.
