1. Consider a, tentative date for a Special Meeting with the City Council,
attorney, and enjineer to discuss the proposed subdivision ordinance.
The City Council suggested the latter part of July, and not a Monday or
a Wednesday.

OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
June 28, 1978
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Larry Ehret at 8:06 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Greger, Woeltge, and Ehret
ABSENT: Peloquin, Gillen, and McAllister
Motion made by Woeltge, seconded by Peltier, to approve the minutes of June 14, 19789
after the following changes have been made:
Page 1 (Genrich) — They are requesting approval of access by private driveway and a
variance from 300' &ntaa+e recuire_.
Page 2 Stankey — There has been no pert test taken at this time.
Page 2 IStankel) — renewed four (4rtimes
Page 4 Hunter— Ms. Hunter stated that she hopes to build a residence
Page 5 Shubat— may have been, divided already
All aye. Motion Carried.
Dick Genrich — Variance
Mr. Genrich, representing the estate of William Schletty, was present stating that he
had received verbal approval to put in a culvert on the property according to the
instructions of the Rice Creek Watershed. He was also instructed to submit a new,
acceptable Pere test, which was not submitted. Mr. Genrich requested that the appli—
cation be submitted to the City Council subject to a proper test. Ehret stated that
they did not have any more information that than they had at the last meeting. A
motion was already made approving the variance request, but the Commission is reluctant
to forward anything to the Council that they have not seen. Ehret suggested that
Mr. Genrich provide written approval from Rice Creek regarding the installation of
the culvert and a proper pert test for the meeting of July 12, 1978.
Motion made by Greger, seconded by Woeltge, to table the Genrich request until the
meeting of July 129 1978, when the requested information is provided.
VOTING FOR: Greger, Woeltge, and Ehret
ABSTAINED: Peltier
Motion Carried.
The Planning Commission decided on July 11, 1978 to meet with the City Council,
attorney, engineer, and Ordinance Committee to disc -we the proposed subdivision ordinance.
Motion made by Woeltge, seconded by Greger, to adjourn at 8:45 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
