had ti•.o logal descriptions, but was recorded on one deed. The two
pieces of property are 4.4 ,1. and 4.2A in the Conservancy zone. The
land had been spli i, and recorded on Dece??ber 20, 1971, prior to Hugro's
adoption o`' the Zoning Ordinance.

to the City Council:
The lanr_ing Commission feels that if a land division comes in that
:?leets all the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, that it should,
therefore, be possible for the City Clerk- to stamp that land division
wither the approval of the City Council. -Je respectfully ask for
clarification from the City Council, either yes or no, for the informa—
tion of the Planning Commission and the City Clerk.

T°etro Council has required that the city submit a comprehensive plan
as if one had neve: been previously.

T7r.. Dale stated that the sewer availabilit'1T areas should be rcvi ewed
and possible reduced. in sire. Ile will nmeet'with the Manning Commission
once a month to work on -the comprehensive plan. The City of Hugo
must submit to T';etro Council implementation programs, and hoer ordinances
are enforced (building inspection, septic ordinances, etc.). surface
water drainage plan of the entire city is also .required..
The grant money cannot e_,ceed 75v of the total amount spent. The
city cust show that they spent 25`,.� more.
The cit,,- attorney will be revietiing the contract between the city and
'-'ashinr ton County. I,Ir. Dale will be notified when then contract is
signed.

Fr. Thomas Hollihan has applied for land division of 80 acres into
4 tracts of land. The land directly north of this tract of land has
been sold to Tr.. Hunter (150A). There is an existing 33' cartway
along the east side of land giving access to T•Tr. T4 i ter's land.
