The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:45 PM.
PRESENT: Barnes, Leroux, Stoltzman
Theodora Peltier, Planning Commission Chair
David Schumann, Planning Commission
Robert MLlsell5, City Administrator
ABSENT: Brunotte and Miron
The Council reviewed proposed changes to the City's Storm Water Management
Plan, as recommended by the Environment Committee working on the City's
Comprehensive Plan. One of the proposed changes included expansion of the
scope of the Water Management Plan adding reforestation and tree
preservation. The City Administrator explained the impact of the
Metropolitan Storni Water Management Act, Wetland Conservation Act, and
Water Conservation Act on the Plan.
Barnes made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to adjourn at 9:20 PM.
