'RESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Robert Museus
City Attorney, Greg Galler
City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager
Stoltzman made motion, Leroux seconded, that, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 471.705, Subd. 1D(c), we close the public portion of this meeting
and adjourn into a closed session for preliminary consideration of
allegations or charges against an individual subject to our authority
All aye. Motion Carried.
After receiving testimony from witnesses, Administrative Law Judge, James
Ranum, stated that interested parties had 15 days in which to submit
further written comments regarding this matter.
Miron made motion, Leroux: seconded, to adjourn the disciplinary hearing
until the City receives the written recommendation from Judge Ranum.
All aye. Motion Carried.

separate recording of tonight's meeting.
