The meeting was called to order by Mayor- Stoltzman at 7:10 PH.
PRESENT: Barnes, Leroux, Niron, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Robert Musec_cs
Attorney, james Go.lembeck
The special meeting was called for the purpose of canvassing the municipal
elections held on November 8, 1994, and to discu=s litigation surrounding
the proposed WOODS OF BALI? EAGLE subdivision with Attorney, fames
Golembeck.
Stoltzman made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1994-22
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RESULTS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF 11/08/94.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Stoltzman made motion, Leroux seconded, to move into executive session to
discuss the lawsuit filed against the City by Grace Development.
Corporation regarding the proposed WOODS OF BALD EAGLE development.
All aye. Motion Carried.
At 9:20 PM, the following motion was made:
Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to return to open session of the City
Council.
All ave. Motion Carried.
Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adjourn at 9:22 PM.
All ave. Motion Carried.
