The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Miron at 7:05 PM.

In accordance with State Statute. the City's TrUth in Taxation hearing for-
J.995
or].995 was called to order. Ron Otkin reviewed the 1995 bUdoet and proposed
tax levy. City residents addressed the Council with concerns regardinq
the following: val.Ltation of property, .large increase in taxes in 10 -year
period, cost of street programs/maintenance, City part; fend, rural/Urban
taxing district, school district ta::es, and animal control. The public
hearing was closed at 8:15 PM. No further action was taken on this
matter.
CITY ADMINISTRATOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW
The written comments of the City L.OUncil were sent to City Attorney, Greg
Galler, for his compilation. At this time, the COUncil reviewed their
comments as provided by Mr. Galler. It was determined that another
"informal" review shOUld be condUCted in =..i months, with a formal review
after one year.
LerOUX made motion. Darnes seconded, to adjourn at 9:47% PM.
