Home My WebLink About1979.12.13 PC MinutesMINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION pecember 13, 1979 The Special Meeting of the Planning Commission for the discussion of pole barns in the various zoning categories was called to order at 7:11 PM. PRESENT: Peltier, McAllister, Hanson, Greger and Lorch Mayor LaValle and Attorney Johnson were also present. After an extensive review of the ordinance manual, and much discussion, the following was determined to be correct: 1. Buildings located under the authorization of a Farm Site Planarenot necessarily exempt from Building Permit fees. The permit fees are to be determined by the Building Inspector in accordance with State Statute and the Building Code. 2. Proof of ownership is required by the owner for both Special Use Permits and Site Plans. Please refer to the attached concept to help make a determination what will actually be amended. McAllister made motion, seconded by Lorch, that the Planning Commission accepts the concept as presented except for the square footages of the accessory build- ings in each zone, and that at the next meeting (1/9/80) we will determine square footages for each zone and recommend adoption of the concept and square footages to the City Council to be adopted as an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance.
