The Mayor convened a special meeting of the Hugo City Council at 7:00 PM
to conduct a performance review of the City Administrator.
PRESENT: Barnes, Hrunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman
Jim Brimeyer, Consultant with the Brimeyer Group, Inc.
The Council discussed the results of a survey conducted by Mr. Brimeyer
regarding the performance of Robert A. Museus as City Administrator. At
8:00 PM, Mr.Museus was called in, and the Council discussed his
performance and goals for the future. Mr. Brimeyer stated that he would
prepare a written report on the evaluation and forward it to the Council.
At 8:30 PM, the following motion was made:
Barnes made motion, Hrunotte seconded, to recess the meeting for a short
break..
All aye. Motion. Carried.
At 8:35 PM, the following motion was made
Miron made motion, Leroux; seconded, to go into executive session for the
purpose of discussing the River City Asphalt lawsuit. with Attorney James
(: olembeck., who is representing the City in its litigation.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Mr. Golembeck: discussed with the Council, the proposed format of
depositions to be taken from the Council by attorneys representing River
City Asphalt.
Brunotte made motion, Leroux: seconded, to close the executive session at
9:30 PM and open the regular meeting.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Barnes made motion, Stolt man seconded, to adjourn the regular meeting at
9:?1 PM.
All aye. Motions Carried.
