OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
APRIL 14 , 1976
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Spitzer at 8:07PM.
Members present were: Spitzer, Peloquin, Johnson and Peltier. Rosen-
quist arrived at 8:16PM. Bill Schwab, Washington County PlQnner was
not present.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to approve the
minutes of the March 24, 1976 meeting as sent out. Motion carried.
Vern Peloquin-Minor Subdivision
Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Peltier to recommend to the
City Council, that the minor subdivision applied for by Mr. Vern
Peloquin for the West i of the NW4 of the NEI., Section 20, T3191121W,
be approved subject to the same conditions att-ched to the Special Use
Permit reviewed on piarch,24, 1976. Voting for: Spitzer, Johnson,
and Peltier. Peloquin abstained. Motion carried.
Mining Permits
Motion made by Rosenquist, seconded by Peltier to close the agenda
to other business for the May 26th meeting of the Planning Commission
and direct the City office and City Engineer to present all the mining
permits for review at that time. Motion carried.
Meeting Cancelled
Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Rosenquist to cancel the
regular meeting scheduled for April 28th subject to the call of the
chairman by appropriate notice. Motion carried.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn the
meeting at 8:30PM. Mot ion -:°carried.
