The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:05 PM.
PRESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Ken Huber
Councilman Miron arrived at 7:10 PM.
ABSENT: Jesinski
ADMINISTRATOR SEARCH COMMITTEE
Bob Olson, Deane Vail, George Schtowchan, and Jim Leroux
Mr. Jim Brimeyer updated the City Council on the status of the
administrator search activities. He again reviewed the recruitment time
table with the Council, and indicated he was beginning to get some
interest from candidates for the position. Mr. Brimeyer then reviewed
each paragraph of the city administrator position profile with the City
Council and Administrator Search Committee. After making a number of
modifications, deletions, and additions to the profile, both the City
Council and the Administrator Search Committee indicated their approval of
said profile. Mr. Brimeyer stated that the profile would be retyped to
reflect all changes, and the Council and Committee would get revised
copies shortly. Mr. Brimeyer emphasized the importance of the profile
noting that it gives all candidates some idea of what will be expected of
them in their first six months with the City. Mr. Brimeyer again reminded
the City Council of the February 24th special Council meeting for
reviewing candidate resumes. After a brief discussion, the following
motion was made:
Miron made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
