The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:3-10 PM.
PRESENT: Barnes, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Bob Museus
Prosecuting Attorney, Jeff Carson
ABSENT: Brunotte
The Mayor immediately entered into executive session to discuss with
Attorney Carson, the current litigation regarding David Schumann.
At 9:50 PM, the following motion was made:
Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to close the executive session and
enter into the special meeting of the City Council.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Leroux made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to adjourn the special meeting at
9:51 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
