JANUARY 14, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 9:15 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Peloquin. Members present were: Spitzer, Leroux, Peloquin and
Peltier.
Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Leroux to accept the minutes
of December 10th meeting as written. Motion carried.
Minutes of the December 17th meeting have not been received from
the Planning Coordinator Bill Schwab.
Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Leroux, to change the second
meeting of the month to January 29, 1975. Motion carried.

Peloquin suggested that we request an Engineer' s report and table
the matter until the first meeting in May so that someone cang et
in there and inspect it.
Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peltier, that the Indykiewicz '
application for a Mining Permit renewal be tabled until the first
meeting in May. The secretary shall notify the City Engineer that
we would like an Engineer's report by our last meeting in April, and
Indykiewicz permit be extended until such time as it can be inspected.
Mr. Indykiewicz shall be notified of the above action. Members for:
Peloquin, Leroux, Peltier and Spitzer. Motion carried.
Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peltier, to adjourn the meeting
at 9:35 PM. Motion carried.
