RESOLUTION 2016 - 11
A RESOLUTION CANCELLING TIF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on October 16, 2001, the CITY OF HUGO, Minnesota (the "City") entered
into a development agreement with SCHWIETERS PROPERTIES (the "Developer") for
improvements generally constituting a light-industrial facility to process home construction
products and related improvements; and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been constructed on the property generally described
as Lot 2, Block 1, Schwieters Millwork, Washington County, Minnesota, together with driveway
easements; and
WHEREAS, to the best of the City's knowledge the Developer has performed all of the
requirements contained in the development agreement and has repaid the business subsidy
granted by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the Developer has met the conditions
of the development agreement dated October 16, 2001, for the improvement of the real estate
parcel described herein, and that such agreement is hereby cancelled.

Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16th day of May, 2016.
