WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 2016- 13
FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AID PROJECT NO. 224-104-003 ON 147TH
STREET AND ONEKA LAKE BOULEVARD FROM FOXHILL AVENUE NORTH TO
GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS,the City of Hugo has planned improvements for 147 Street North/Oneka Lake
Boulevard east of Foxhill Avenue North and west of Goodview Avenue North; and
WHEREAS,these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a State Aid street project must therefore
be conditioned upon certain restrictions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Minnesota, hereby ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides at all times.
